Suburban law firm is looking for a seasoned Worker’s Comp Paralegal for a busy department handling high profile clientele assisting in defense of claims from initial claim through settlement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review and analyze initial claim documents for accuracy/inconsistencies
  • Recommend further course of action for attorney review
  • Review claim activity and perform actions as outlined by attorney (request medical  records, obtain other paperwork, prepare correspondence, appeals, motions,  objections, etc.)
